Cancellation fees:  You can cancel a booking at any time, however cancellation fees may apply as folllows;

Late Cancellation, Late Rescheduling – Up to £25 for cancelling/rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice before the earliest scheduled arrival time.

Extra-Late Cancellation, Extra-Late Rescheduling – Up to £50 for cancelling/rescheduling after the consultant has started travelling to the location plus any non refundable expenses incurred by the consultant such as hotel cost etc where applicable.

In-Progress Cancellation – When a Booking is cancelled after the consultant has started Work upon the specified Vehicle, all incurred travelling costs will be applied plus 50% of the consultation fee
